my acer aspire goes blank with the cursor showing after the acer log disappear

I've tried using the installation disk but it doesn't read it pass after I click on "install windows". it was working Perfectly when I first got it a week ago. Please can anyone help me!

Set dvd drive to first boot device and try to boot from windows install disk

Try ctrl alt del, select task manager then scroll down processes to run once wrapper (32 bit) highlight and click end task.
It worked for my Sony vaio
