My acer aspire v3 won't boot farther than the acer logo

So I was using my laptop and it was working perfectly fine then I turned it off 2 hours later I press the power button and the power button lights up and the acer logo comes on the screen and the HDD light turns on for 20 seconds and goes off. The logo stays the same. Please help

your HDD is fried. Replace it and the laptop will work.

It's not the HDD I have a converter that converts it to a usb and there's no issue with the HDD it runs fine

It is not the power supply I've checked all of the power

The LED indicators do not light up

And I have completely taken the computer apart and reset the bios put it back together and still nothing

I feel as if my motherboard has died
