My acer one when turned on goes straight to asking for a password. I put in what it used to be and it wouldn't except that password so I brought it back to sams warehouse and they tried their password. But that wasn't it either. They said they coudn't help me.
They told me to bring it to best buy and have geak squad look at it. I'm trying not to go down that path but will if I can't get help to fix it.

Yes, as long as you have proof (a.k.a the receipt) that it's yours, they can probably fix it.
