Adata XPG won't run at rated speed!

Hi all, I have just upgraded the memory in my PC from 3200Mhz to 3600Mhz and cannot for the life of me get it to run at its rated speed.

I have tried different XMP settings and the most I can get is 3466Mhz.

I have a Asrock B550 Phantom gaming AC motherboard, Ryzen 7 5700x, RX 5500XT. I have tried upping the voltage slightly and tinkered
around but cannot get it to run at 3600Mhz without crashing.

Any experts out there have any ideas what to do?

You are lucky you have a stable 3466Mhz as Ryzen 7 5700x officially supports up to 3200Mhz. There would be no XMP profile for 3600Mhz so if the system is stable at 3466Mhz then accept that as there is very little difference. What can make the difference is Cas Latency (Lower the better) for which you pay a premium.

There is no guaranty you will achieve the rated frequency as it's up to the strength of the IMC on your chip.
