My Administrator Account has disappeared from LOG OFF/ON

I was trying to diagnose why I can't change any of the options in my System Tray (Taskbar) and tried logging on as "Administrator" but there is none! Help?

To do this extremely easy feat, the last accessed account must be logged off, or the computer must have just been turned on.
Then Press Ctrl+Alt+Del twice to bring up the classic log on screen. Where it says 'User name, type 'Administrator'. Leave the password field blank.
Press enter.

To get an admin account to appear on the welcome screen, a registry entry needs edited, however it's probably better to leave it as is and access it as mentioned by bijayprusti.
