Hi,
I have 2 phone line in my house, so i have Line-A and Line-B, Line-A is for call and Line-B is only for ADSL, So i don't have any phone in my Line-B.
My problem is when anyone try to call my Line-B from outside our inside my internet disconnect temporary until that person cancel his call, After call cancel everything going to back normal and work without even 1 request time out.
What did i do :
1. Buy new filter for Line-B and replaced with old one.
2. Disconnect filter and connect modem directly to source.
3. Disconnect every single electric device near my modem.
4. Disconnect every thing in my Line-A

But after all still problem exist...
Do you have any idea what can i do?

I'm just using Line-A for call but no one said it's only work for calling. My problem isn't related to Line-A at all because even i call to Line-B with my cellphone still my internet disconnect.

I did 2 days ago and that guy said eveything is fine in both lines and don't call again. Thats why i'm here for asking because i have no idea what is next step

Yeah you right Line-B doesn't need a filter but worth to try, i'm pretty sure goverment communication service wired it to building source box, but i don't know about inside the apartment. We have a 4 floor building and it's 3 years old.

I'm using my modem LAN for my pc (which i use for ping 8.8.8.8) but my cellphone internet disconnect in same time too

I find out something that device i have its name is not filter, its name is spliter, there is any different between those?

So it seems my filter is fine, Any idea what should i do next? My internet still DC when an advertisemen call my phone number, bad thing is i got DC in online game (League of legends) and i got ban for many times just for this problem.

Yeah it was (on Line-B) but i disabled it 2 days ago. By the way i check calling Line-A and it wouldn't effect Line-B internet.

Well after all i find out the problem source, After hours of speaking to my ISP support and changing settings i find out when they set my bandwidth more than 6Mbit this issue will happen, now i asked them to set my bandwidth exactly 6Mbit and now when i call my phone number everything is fine. By the way i didn't solve the problem i just hide it :\
