My aftermarket heatsink facing gpu

Basically, this is how my aftermarket fan looks in my computer.

Should I leave it like that because of the large exhaust fans on the top or should I rotate it towards the rear exhaust panel?

will is be a huge difference in temp?

Either blowing up, or blowing back.

Blowing down is counterproductive.

If the fans are blowing up, you should be good. There is only a tiny difference.
But also, there is only a tiny difference between 1 fan or 2 fans on those coolers.

The fan that I have is facing down towards the GPU. The metal part is facing up.

Yes, probably it is blowing up through the cooler fins. If so, all is well.
