So by the title I mean is that when I aim it is always rapidly aiming where I don't want it to aim, as like one small mouse movement will make me miss a headshot compared to other people that they have no problem aiming. By the mouse I am using it is called the Centrophorus mouse at 1,000 dpi non custom, can someone help me with my problem that I have?

Make sure it's a mouse pad that the mouse has been placed on and that there is nothing obstructing the optical sensor.

Also, it might be worth just blowing on the optical sensor just to make sure there isn't dust. You might need to look at getting a mouse with a lower DPI.

From another mouse that I have is this one, https://www.amazon.com/Logitech-Proteus-Spectrum-Tunable-Gaming/dp/B019OB663A/ref=sr_1_6?ie=UTF8&qid=1501682776&sr=8-6&keywords=logitech+mouse.

Even if I use this one I have worse jitters/stutters as seen in this video, it's probably because I have to aim better rather than resort to mouse...
