Question My aio isnt working

It's not like there's only one PC in the world, without knowing your PC's components it's impossible to say.
It's like asking why there are no lights in your room.

Your cooler master masterliquid lite 240 pump should be connected to one of 2 x system fan headers set manually to run full speed all the time.
It's fans should be connected to CPU_Fan header.
If it's still not cooling properly I suggest you review installation making sure that there's nothing in between CPU and pump except paste.
For fan lights, that 4pin cable should be connected to RGB LED strip header on the motherboard.

I would say with as many of these 'my AIO isnt working' threads we have per day, we need a sticky about this.

But that would also mean people would need to read the sticky, which already doesn't happen.

This was my first real adventure into the AIO, I got the iCUE H150i, by first I mean with a controller, RGB more than 1 fan etc...

I can tell you read the manual then re-read it. Then hook it up and check your connections 2x. Check the motherboard manual to see if it says anything there

Do it, will be valuable information, AiO is not exotic thing any more.

It's on my list of to-do's....I have dozens of AIOs laying around, so easy enough to write something...maybe I can turn it into an article.

Why does it say when I go into the bios it says CPU fan N/A and 0 rpm even tho I have it plugged in I have an aio btw does it mean the aio is broken?

Depends, where is radiator in relation to pump ? If in front, top of radiator should be higher than pump and radiator hoses at bottom to avoid air bubble.
