My Alienware m18x can't run GTA 5 with low settings

Playing with everything on normal "low" still can't handle the game.

Have you updated to the latest drivers ?
If yes, Then uninstall and Re-install drivers.
See the below link for Minimum and Recommended H/W config for GTA V. Yours rig seems to be in the middle. So technically it should be playable.

I Think Ur Not Running The Game With HD 6990...
They Give In-Built GPU Default.
So Right Click The Game And Run Wih HD 6990...
I Am Pretty Sure Thats The Flaw! 😀 😀
