Question My All-in-one PC very slow even to start up

Hello Op, I have this desktop with the following properties.
64gig Ram. 3ghz, clocking speed
2terabyte storage. Yet it takes 10 minutes to boot when starting. I tried resetting, yet no solution. The 64GB ram are four memory sticks (16gb each). Please what do you suggest I do?
