I'm actually not too sure about the PSU...
AFAIK, they're the European equivalent of the Corsair CX series (a.k.a Builder); they're nice for the price, but if you can spare a couple more euros, you'd best get something better.
Besides, 850w is MASSIVE for that system, unless you plan on going SLI down the road with that 970.
Otherwise, 500~600W should be more than enough.

I'd also drop the 1866 CL10 Kingston for an equivalent 1600 CL9 G.Skill (Ares or Sniper, albeit a bit risky for their size) or Corsair (Vengeance LP). The difference in speed will be unnoticeable, and you'll have better quality RAM, gaming-wise. Just make sure you get low profile sticks since you're getting a 212 EVO.

As a simple matter of personal taste, I'd go...

As a simple matter of personal taste, I'd go with a Gigabyte MoBo with an AMD CPU. It just feels as if they treat AMD better, but that's just me 😛
The MSI should still prove very much up to the task.

It's ok for the rest. Mileage will vary from game to game, but you'll average around high most of the times IMO.
