My amd gpu keeps freezing for 2 seconds

Hi!

I'm having a hard time when playing games because once in every 10mins my gameplay freezes for about 2 to 3 seconds. When installing my graphics drivers no error was shown so i really don't know what's the problem.

I'd really appreciate the help of anybody who would bother answering my question!

My specs:
CPU: AMD Athlon X4 750K

RAM: 12,0GB DDR3

MOBO: Gigabyte Technology Co. Ltd. F2A68HM-S1 (P0)

GPU: 4GB R9 380

My Drives: 500GB SATA Drive
120GB SSD Drive

Also i tried to fix it by clean installing windows to my SSD but the problem is still there.

Tried using older drivers. Still the same.
