My android connecting to my router at close distances only

so as the title says, my android ( galaxy samsung ace 3) cannot connect to my router unless its like 1-5 CM close else, it'll pop up with the common error "Authentication Error" , note that my mobile has fell in water and I just fixed it but now I got 2 problems when I fixed it:

1. When I connect my phone to my laptop or Pc via cable , it doesn't appear connected like I didn't connect it to my lap( don't have to be fixed, I'm okay with it unless you have a solution)

2. My main problem which is I can't connect to my router (wifi) unless I'm 1-5 CM near it, just a bit further and it will be connected but without working ( can't open any chrome page or send messages via whatsapp...etc) and If I reconnect it gives me "Authentication error"

Sorry for the long story but my "2nd" Problem Is urgent and need it fixed!

It doesn't sound like it's fixed then. Water ingress has damaged it. I've never known a phone to be fixed after it's been dropped in water. You need to replace the phone.

Yes indeed I'm considering on buying a lenovo s90 sisley, just a question tho. does it lag(if I downloaded a couple of stuff or browsing in facebook) like samsung? is it water proof too?
