My android won't turn on.PLEASE HELP!!!

I have an android zte. This is my second phone and the second time this has happened. When i press and hold the power button, it turns on but doesn't get past the loading screen. After a good 3 minutes of watching the loading screen do its loading thing, it just restarts everything. Then it basically goes through that cycle until the battery dies.

There is nothing that you can do except bring it into your cell phone providers store and either get a replacement or have them fix it. The phone is obviously defective since it won't even turn on. You might want to make sure that your contract with your cell provider is actualy active.

Hey the os of your phone is corrupted so you can get fix by a professional or u can simply download the roms avalable in google and put in sd card and go to clock work mode simply erace ur firewarm and istall the new one kept in sd card
