Question My Antec CPU does not start after last shut down. What is the issue?

I have an Antec CPU which did not start after the last shutdown.

Start button does not work. Just one small white light on graphics card is on. Nothing else is working.

It seems like there is an issue with the SMPS but if it is the issue with SMPS then why that white light is on.

I even tried drying it up using hot air gun thinking if yhe problem was become of moisture but no result.

Can anyone help me figuring out the issue...why it does not start?

Remove then reseat the RAM.

It's the easiest thing you can do right now.

A white light doesn't mean the PSU is working properly. It basically just means there's some amount of +5V power. Nothing more.

I'd want to know a lot more about what's going on with this PC. Like what the parts are -- you tell us nothing about them -- and whether the event that made this PC look like it was in a car crash was something that preceded this. Running around with a heat gun randomly is not a way to fix anything PC related.

Well dont know about car crash but this looked like that picture when I opened it 😅. And this is Antec NX291 cabinet with i9 processor.

Could you be more specific? "i9" isn't one specific processor and a case isn't one of the functional components of the PC.

Antec Atom B650 is a garbage unit in the first place that I don't recommend to use in any system with dGPU.

i9 you said. And what's the brand and model of the CPU cooler? It looks like a model with tiny 92mm fan which is not enough to keep an i9 cool.

Well dont know about car crash but this looked like that picture when I opened it 😅. And this is Antec NX291 cabinet with i9 processor.

It could be the power switch went out on the case either short out the power pins on the motherboard to try to start it or swap the power switch connector on the motherboard with the reset switch and try it.
