I have built a new PC, I have an Aorus B450 Elite, with Ryzen 7 2700 CPU with Wraith Cooler, 16gb 3200 Ram. Lots of school girl errors but one is starting to be unsolvable. I seem to be able to run either Western Digital SSD or Western Digital M2 SSD, not both. My motherboard wont recognise the WD SSD now the M2 is working with the system on it. I have searched for it, and cant find it anywhere and not in the bios. Usual problem no Disk Drive so cant put in Gigabyte disk, have downloaded the utilities from the website but still nowhere fast. Double checked the SSD in old PC and there it is as bright as a button, I have reformatted it in the old pc (not the quick format) , Any other suggestions. Have been through the BIOS and it doesn't show there, or anywhere to be honest, Do I go out and buy a second M2, and forget about the SSD?

Thank you for your reply, I have resolved my problem, was plugging into SATA 3 on MB which isn't supported if M2 SSD in residence, moved into correct SATA port and lo and behold its all there
