[SOLVED] My apps are... corrupting?

Hi, I recently installed windows 10. Everything was fine. Until recently I was going to my screenshots and found out 75% of them were corrupted. One day Started my pc and i opened discord and it had an error.it said that it HHad corrupted files. It happened to my games, Mine craft launcher said it couldnot load it's core, CCD said couldn't load profiles.db3 with some I/O error. What's happening? Is it maybe my disk drive? Thanks

A failing hard drive can cause data corruption. Back up any important data to another hard drive, then test the drive with diagnostic software.
