my apps are not working

My phone was working well but later on the apps stopped working and so I need help on how they can begin to work

It will help to know your device model and OS version.
Does the phone show any error message?
Reboot the device by pressing and holding the power button for 10 seconds until it restarts. After it boots you might need to enter date and time.
