My Asia laptop start screen is PURPLE!!

Ok this morning I turned on my new Asus s550c (it's touch screen) and when I turn it on it goes completely purple there is no symbols however the mouse icon can still be moved around .What should I do and whyy is this happening?? Please help it would be much appreciated
