My Aspire laptop

When I plug in and turn on my Acer Aspire 4752-6838 series laptop it only says Press <F2> to enter setup

Need a bit of background to the issue, this happened how? Just started, drop, spill, you tried to change something? Seems like it can't see the drive to start Windows, try re-seating the hard drive, go into the BIOS and make sure the drive is seen there and is set as a boot device.
