my assassins creed 2 is lagging horribly

Well i downloaded ac2 from steam and it was working perfectly fine up intill I got to 20% game completion. Now every time I go into the game it just lags really bad I can still play and move around but its really difficult. all my drivers are updated and I have 4 or 5 other games on my computer and they all work fine except ac2. can someone please help me out. im using a windows 7, zt systems with amd a6-3650 apu with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics 2.60GHz, 8.00 GB ram 64 bit operating system

You have a quite weak system, not suitable for gaming, try lowering your settings.

well my computer works perfectly fine with all my other games i play cod aw witch requires a good system and i also play bioshock infinite and i have no problems what so ever with them and cod aw is a new game made basicily for next gen but they released it to old gen and they wornt even gonna release it on pc but microsoft bagerd them into it so if those games work perfecily fine then why is ac2 not working???? please help i just need to know what i should do our suggestions???

Because assassins creed 2 is not properly ported like those games, lower your settings if you want better framerate.

AC2 is a horrible port, and your PC is on the low end of low end, its not surprising that you are having difficulties.
