My Asus crashed and only goes to Recovery

My Asus crashed and only goes to Recovery ...your device needs to be repaired...Have tried holding down the f9 key....nothing.....file \windows\system32\winload.efi...missing.....please help....

You didn't write your model or your OS. Hope this helps anyway.
