Hi Guys

I was playing Dead Space 3 earlier and my PC got Stock and the screen froze, after I restarted the PC no image would appear and no matter what I tried nothing seemed to work, I tried to place it in the second PCI-E slot, cleared Cmos, switching to different video outputs,,,etc, finaly I decided to enable virtu mvb multi monitor and entered to windows with my iGPU "I have a 3570K" and checked with device manager and GPUz and only the intel hd 4000 graphics was available "no gtx 670" also checked the gpu it seems to work just fine the fans are spinning and the light are green just the normal, I've never had any issue with it before it was working like a charm,

is my card dead, please help me guys  .

The PSU is unlikely.
First of all, it was working fine. Second of all, the PSU is working since he can boot into Windows using the iGPU. If the GTX670 was functioning he should have been able to boot to it as there's obviously sufficient power for that.

A stressed PSU can go out of spec, also possibly damaging something. Since your PSU has enough juice, that is unlikely to be the problem here.
I think their mobos are great, but I had 2/4 Asus video cards (one a TOP) die within hours or days of first use. Time to RMA the video card.

Any card can die at any time.
There's a small chance it's your motherboard but I doubt that. If you had another PCIe card you could verify that (or try that 670 in another PC).

I'd just go ahead and RMA the card. (MY ASUS 680 TOP has been running fine for about 10 months)
