My ASUS MB only recognizes 1/3 of my installed RAM after Flashing BIOS

I have 18GB RAM installed and ALL sticks are recognized by the BIOS, but after Flashing my BIOS , only 1/3 of it is recognized.

I noticed that the DRAM frequency is setting itself to 1333 MHz instead of 1600MHz like it's supposed to, I manually set it, but it's not changing!

Try clearing the CMOS (unplug the power cord and remove the CMOS battery for a minute).

I did that, it didn't change anything

Can you re-flash the BIOS?

I did that just now, same problem....

Try going into the BIOS and raising the DRAM voltage + 0.06

I did that: nothing
I double checked that I had the right BIOS, redownloaded and re-Flashed with it: nothing

Might try the VCCSA voltage up + 0.05

I see only VCCIO voltage, i turned that up and mb went into a reboot loop.... Must be wrong lol

Might be listed as System Agent voltage

So far:
I reset the CMOS using the jumpers
I tried rolling back the BIOS to ver 3703 (The last one)
I couldn't find anything labelled system agent voltage, I found System Agen Configuration, but it wasn't there...

None of this has done anything to fix the issue

I've just also rebooted cmos w/ jumper, pulled the battery, and then put them back and started up the system with no RAM installed, then turned off, added 1 stick and started up... Still the same problem!! I've in turn tried starting up with each stick, all report only 2GB... I can't figure this out! These are 6GB sticks!! I can't get my BIOS to read them!

Check the CPU socket for bent pins.
