Question My ASUS Monitor With Bulit In Speakers Just Stopped

Tried resetting my monitor and unstalling sound and installing it back and nothing works. When go into my sounds can see that green bar is moving but no sound coming out. Anyway to fix this because tried everything!

Is the Windows sound mixer sending the sound to the GPU’s HDMI (assuming you’re connected via HDMI)?

Edit: Left-click on the little speaker icon in the bottom right (taskbar notification area). Above the volume slider there’s a menu that shows you where the sound is being sent to.

Also go into your monitor’s on-screen display menu and check that its volume hasn’t somehow been muted or set to zero.

Thank you have tried what you suggested and nothing works. Seems like monitor speakers are broke. I have got the Razer Leviathan V2 and hardly used it since got this monitor but started using it again. Do not see point getting monitor repaired for speakers
