my asus p8b75-m/csm won't boot up

I can't figure out which prongs the power switch, reset and hdled go and the instructions on the manual are really vague

It's on page 1-28 in your manual. It might be easier if you download the pdf version of the manual from ASUS and increase the view to 200% or more to make it easy to see. You can get the manual here: http://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/P8B75MCSM/#support
I'm having my own issues with this motherboard (just bought it this evening) but the pinout isn't the issue.
