My Asus PC won't boot up

I have an Asus cm1745 with a 1050 nvidia and an amd 6790k a 10

If you're wondering what motherboard I have it is a F2A85-M

I press the power button and the asus screen comes up but after that comes up a blank screen with the white dots that just load but it never brings me to the windows tab

I have windows 10

Sorry for the typing I'm lazy plus on my phone.

Feel free to ask questions as I'm really trying to fix this

Yes I've done everything that's been suggested online. I've taken out my cmos battery and put it back in. I've reset the bios. I've unplugged the pc, pressed the power button and replugged all to no luck.

The longest I've waited for it to boot was 2 hours

Help me please

It could be hard drive failure if your operating system is not loading.

How do I go about fixing my hard drive without buying a new one

Also there is a high pitch noise coming for the hard drive when the power cord is plugged in

if your hard drive failed, you most likely will have to buy a new one.
