My Asus PG278Q Monitor will only stay at 85hz

So i just got an Asus ROG Swift PG278Q monitor which is 165hz. On windows i can only set it to 85hz same thing on nvidia control panel i can only set it to 85hz there too. What seems to be the problem? I have a geforce gtx 980 ti and i use a display port.

Go into the monitors built in control panel and see if you need to adjust the refresh rate from there. 165hz is actually an overclocked refresh rate on most of these monitors.

Yeah the ''turbo'' button only goes from 85hz to 60hz or the other way around. But i cant seem to find the 144hz option anywhere?
