My Asus PG279Q issue

I bought a PG279Q but it seems to be refurbished or rapaired, i send following images. exist some scratch like on some edges also exist some dust like between panel and body. is it for you too?

It seems like its been opened to be repaired, if there are no scratches on the LCD panel you shouldn't worry too much, cause there are clips that hold the plastic and sometimes if unproffesional uses knife or screwdriver to open it he might make scratches like i did last time (I just replaced 2 capacitors).
