i have tryed two Keyboards on all USB ports in case of an input error but the RGB of the Keyboards work so i don't know...

The Ryzen 7 1700 is not supported on that motherboard.

For the Ryzen 5 3500 to work the BIOS version should be 0602 or higher.
For the Ryzen 7 5800X to work the BIOS version should be 2606 or higher.

Do you know the BIOS version?

The Ryzen 5 3500 CPU might be the only one that might work until you perform a BIOS update.
Try resetting the motherboard by removing the CMOS battery

-Turn OFF the computer and unplug the power cord.
-Press the power button several time to discharge any residual power from motherboard capacitors.
-Remove the CMOS battery from the motherboard and wait 5 minutes to re-install it back.
-Make sure the RAM is the appropriate slot (DIMM_A2), 4th slot from CPU
-Remove the NVMe drive.
-Place back the CMOS battery.
-Plug the power cord and turn ON the computer. It might take several minutes for the system to get into the BIOS.

Let us know how it went.
