My asus x452c series lapto wont open after i disassembled.

I disassembled my laptop then after i turn it back it wont open or power on.

Disassemble it again and remove the mobo, then clean it. after you clean the mobo, insert the power adapter and press the power button but be sure not to shortage your mobo during powerup use a paper or rubber and put it above, see if the LED will light and the exhaust fan. If it will not power I'm sure your laptop mobo have a permanent failure
