Question My ASUS XG32VQRR not compatible with GAMING laptop ?

Hi guys,

I just bought a second-hand ASUS XG32VQASUS .

The problem is when I connected the monitor to my MSI GE75 Raider 8SF, it is showing lines like the picture. And the same problem occured when I connected to a DELL gaming laptop. Both of them use Intel Graphic 630.
However, I connected the monitor with ACER Aspire 5 and HP 15 inch notebook and it works well without showing any lines. Both of them use Intel Graphic 620.

I guesed that my monitor is not compatible with Intel Graphic 630 laptops whereas works well with Intel Graphic 620 laptops.

Anyone has any solution for me, please?

No, your Intel Graphics are nowhere near powerful enough to power a 144hz display at 1440p. You will need AT MINIMUM a 2070 SUPER for that.

Running a display takes hardly any GPU power. Getting high framerates in games is a different matter, but he should be able to at least ru the display, so it doesn't explain why there are lines across the image.

Do you think the problem is software issue? Because the monitor did work with some laptops.
I did try to update drivers for the monitor and PnP driver, Graphic drivers, etc... but still couldn't solve the problem.
