My audio is not working

Help! I just got a PC and im trying to use my astro A40s for a mic. I have the headset adapter plugged and my driver is fully updated but still my mic isnt working and the speakers in my headphones aren’t picking anything up.

Are you working with the Astro headset with or without the mixamp? On another note, can you pass on the specs to your PC? Are you sure you connected the headset via the appropriate ports?

I dont have the mixamp and my specs are fine on my pc
