[SOLVED] My audio only plays through right side of headphones

Hi I did not know where else to put this. But on my windows 10 computer after using some speakers, my headphones only play through the right, not through the left at all. I checked the sound balance at both are at 100.

Checked physical connection? I had similar with my headphones and needed to turn the jack in the socket to make the connection clean again, so to speak, to get the volume back.
