My Battlefield 1 stuttering and low framerate problem

My Specs are：

CPU: I7 4790
MB: ASRock-B85M
RAM: 8GB DDR3
GPU: MSI GTX1070Ti Gaming 8G
PSU: Antec High Current Gamer HCG-520M
System: Windows 10 Pro 64bit

When I am using Ultra settings on BF1
I usually get around 100-120fps in game,
But the FPS will jump crazy every few second
and it makes my gaming experience not very well,
I have tried to Cap the FPS, But it doesn't help
and I noticed that the GPU usage is always at ~70%
but never max out, which only happens in BF1
I really don't understand what is happening.

Can someone help??

Check your cpu usage! Bf1 multiplayer is quite heavy on the cpu. Even at 4.7 ghz my 3770k was bottlenecking the 1080ti in this game. Though in single-player the framerate was at steady 144fps due to lower cpu utilization.

Indeed... upgraded my CPU to i7 8700 and everything smooth as hell.

Also seconded.. I was getting bottlenecked pretty badly with an i5-4670K, even heavily overclocked. Battlefield V even worse. 9700K has solved the issue
