My Benchmark is too low

what is your full pc configuration? do not leave out any parts model name and number.
from the 3dmark page it looks like the msi gfx card in the "gaming pc" was factory overclocked, which is how it got higher scores.

your pc:
Giga-Byte Technology Co., Ltd.
Core clock
1,076 MHz
Memory bus clock
1,753 MHz
Driver name
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970
Driver version
10.18.13.5330

"gaming pc":
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970
Vendor
Micro-Star International Co ., Ltd.
Core clock
1,114 MHz
Memory bus clock
1,753 MHz
Driver name
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970
Driver version
9.18.13.5306
Driver status
FM Approved

the gaming pc also had a crucial SSD, not sure if it helped.

so this means that all specs at the 3DMark Board are based on overclocked Hardware. Even if it says that those are recommended Oculus specs.

By the Way:

Gigabyte Geforce 970 OC Version
Intel i5-4690K
ASROCK Z97 Fatal1ty Killer
Crucial Ballistix 16 GB 1600 MHZ

and some old HDD

probably not all of them. you can check the pc specifications and compare them against stock specs to see if they are overclocked.
"oculus recommended" doesn't mean o.c. card can't be used. it falls within the criteria.

The only point in witch i am under the specs of the gaming PC is the Core Clock with a difference of 38 MHz otherwise i am always over or on paar. But one other difference is that on the 3DMark specs the secondary GPU is the onboard Intel GPU. Is it possible that they added the onboard GPU to the result

the integrated gpu isn't active when the gtx 970 is the primary gfx card.
