Ya, the game isn't even out yet. They can post specs but until it's out and sites can benchmark it, it's all speculation.
If you haven't bought your stuff yet, amd's new cards are coming out in probably a few weeks.

going by the alpha, the 7990 will get 61 fps avg, and min 50 fps at 1080p Very High Quality and 4X MSAA ( this bench is with a 3970X ) The game will use 3GB Vram at max settings, and is multi core aware for 8 cores/threads

I hope that future game updates and graphics drivers updates bump those scores up. Kind of scary to think the 7990 is only getting those framerates @ 1080.

Based on BF3, 7990 gets well over 100 fps on ultra. BF4 runs on frostbite engine 3.0 so I'm assuming that you would get at least 100 fps still at 1920x1080. Won't really know until the reviews are out.

The game utilizes the GPU more than the CPU so the i7-4770k should be good.
Differences in ram is pretty negligible for gaming.
Motherboard is negligible as well unless you're going to overclock.
