My BIOS can not find my fans

I have a fan hub from the Phanteks Enthoo Evolv connected to my motherboard, but when I check my BIOS, the fans are not detected, it states that fans that may be in the case are at zero rpm. But the fan hub works because all of my fans function. I have a Kraken x62 which the motherboard reads those fans fine, and I switched the fan port and all the ports seem to work. Is this an issue with the fan hub? The fans are at high rpm which bothers me.

Solution
Check your fans connection plug. If the fans have 3 pin plugs then you will not get a readout and they will not be controllable without a dedicated fan controller. If you desire fan control without a controller hub then 4pin PWR fans are what you need if the MB headers have 4pin PWR connections.
List your fans and MB if unsure.

That is the issue then because the fan hub for my case is all 3 pin, and my fans are 4 pin. I forgot about that. Thanks.
