My BIOS is Crashing

I wanted to fiddle around with my BIOS (not going to disclose why) but when i boot my PC and repetedly mash the DEL key it opens the BIOS blue and gray screen for a split second but then restarts my PC and boots into Windows 10, Does anyone have a fix for this or know why?

Could you please pass on your full systems specs? I suspect that your BIOS is protected from entry by unauthorized personnel.
