My bios is messed! (I think)

Recently i got a Phenom II x2 550 and unlocked it. At that point, it was working fine. Then i tried overclocking. It was fine until i tried 3.8, where i had to put more voltage. At some point, i lowered the frequency of the hypertransport and i think the northbridge too, and afeter that, thres this part in the voltages that says SYSTEM VOLTAGES OPTIMIZED when its set to auto, and it says not optimized when its manual. So after i lowered the HT and the northbridge frequencies, the SYSTEM VOLTEAGES OPTIMIZED always says SYSTEM VOLTAGES OPTIMIZED 😱 , even when its set to manual. and when i hit this point, the lan also stopped working as well. HELP!!!! Thanks in advance.
(Oh, by the way, i flashed the bios too to the latest version, f5. It was f3 before)

Try resetting your bios:

Take out your CMOS battery for some mins (~5 should do) or place a jumper (usually near your CMOS battery, if you're unfamiliar try youtube.

Theres a CMOS jumper on the mobo. It didn't work.

wait, how can the cmos jumper not work? The cmos jumper clears basically everything except for the default settings that were written on the bios and the bios itself

I tried it again and removed tha battery instead of the jumper this time, and it still didnt work. the system voltages are still always optimized. but right now any idea on how the lan is screwed and how i can fix it?
