My BIOS is messed up

with it messed up like that can you boot into the OS and if so does it do the same thing?

cant see anything from the video.can you reset the bios to default?

I tried to but it just boots back into that

And yes i can boot into Windows just fine, and it works perfectly it just the BIOS

try resetting your bios with either the bios jumper or resetting it by removing the cmos battery for a few minutes and then reinstalling.

Nope didn't work, just booted back into it.
