My bios is stuffed

Hi, my pc's BIOS is messed up, my usual BIOS is in the background but there is no way of accessing it, and i can't access all my features, such as installing updates to BIOS, and I'm very confused?!?! I made a quick youtube picture slideshow on youtube at, https://youtu.be/K6sPUgfvJNM

Yeah, that looks pretty messed up. I think you may have to reset your bios. Check the motherboard's manual for how to do that. There should be a switch or a set of jumpers on the motherboard for resetting bios. Alternately, contact Asus support for help.

Seen this before, it can happen if at any point you reset your bios back to factory default settings.
And the motherboard you have has video output ports on it.

But you also have a Pci-e based graphics card in the Pci-e slot of the motherboard.
And you stil have the monitor signal cable attached to the Pci-e based graphics card when pressing the key to enter or display bios setup.

Just move the cable to the on board video output port of your motherboard before you enter the bios setup of the board Darkfalcon.
