Question My BIOS isn't working

A computer I'm trying to build has two problems that I cant fix alone. The first is it won't display anything on a monitor but will turn on. The second is it wint turn of unless I cut the power to the whole system. Any help in this would be greatly appreciated this is the first computer I've built and idk what's wrong.

Motherboard: SUS ROG Strix X470-F Gaming AM4 AMD X470 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.1 HDMI ATX AMD Motherboard

Power supply is 650W I have an Intel m.2 ssd 1T of space and 32G of memory

Plugging in to your motherboard video ports will definitely not work. Your CPU lacks an integrated video controller.

Do you have access to another GPU?

Not really I have a laptop but it runs Intel i3

That won't help. Intent is to swap components to determine what works and what might be defective.

Yes I've even had a friend that has build a few AMDs and he didn't see anything

Remove the SSD and only install one stick of memory. Just want minimum setup (CPU with cooler, motherboard, GPU (connected to display) and PSU). Try starting system to see if you can access BIOS.
