Question My bios shows the 4 ram slots used, but only uses 1

So my bios shows the 4 ram slots used and that each has 8gb, but on total memory says 8gb (instead of 32gb). also, cpu-z shows 32gb, and windows shows 8gb. I use corsair vengeange, my mobo is asus prime x399-A and I use windows 10.

are you mixing ram kit?
test stick 1 at a time in all 4 slot 1 at a time to see if it is the ram stick or the ram slot is the issue
