Question My bios stuck while updating

Hello

I have a critical issue and i need help, i have an e3 pro gaming v5 motherboard from asus, i tried to update the bios but got stuck and then i tried to enter the bios it keep telling me that i need to use the same .cap file to finish the update

• i tried to remmove the CMOS battery
• i tried to reset through the CLR jumper
• i tried to put my flash drive with the same file, it doesnt appear in the EZ flash utility

Tried everything on the internet but nothing is changing

I need a clear steps to reslove this issue and would appreciate it

Pg 2.1.1 says or seems to imply if you can merely connect it to the internet (wired) and select update within the BIOS?

I tried that also but it restarts and get back to the same loop
