My bios update in in bin file

how do i update my bios XFX Nforce 680I LT SLI Intel 775 DDR2 Motherboard Bios v P08 I downloaded it appears to be in bin file or something that looks like iso or something

I recommend you register on xfx website and email tech support for a windows based bios flash utility. Get the right program and it only takes a few minutes to install and run.
