[SOLVED] My bluetooth is not working at all !!!

i am not able to connect any device with bluetooth,
it always say cant connect try again.
i have tried every method on internet like driver update, reinstalling drivers, checking the services,
registery, windows update everything !!
but still the devices wont connect
help !!

intel wireless bluetooth

intel doesnt sell those for public, its OEM only,
if its laptop, name brand (asus/hp/lenovo/etc)
if its mainboard, name mainboard maker (asus/gigabyte/msi/etc)
if its pci-e card, name brand

checck your wifi module if both antennas are connected properly, it should be user accessible, it looks like this:

antenna connectors are labeled either 1 + 2 , or it can be main + aux
sometimes there can be 3rd connector
