my Bluetooth+wifi working fine but now both stops working & it is also missing from wireless section in dell inspiron with win

Bluetooth & WiFi both not working in windows 8 with dell inspiron.
Is it hardware or software problem

Did you try restarting your inspiron after that?

Try to find where is your Wireless Button/switch on the laptop, it could be on the left side just beside your touch pad, it must be ON.

Else use Fn+F2(or where you see a wifi logo).
