My board is intel DH55TC -

I just cleaned the dust and installed the hardware including processor and processor fan.
Now the machine got into issue

When I switch on it is powered on and it get off and automatically getting off and on continuously.

I cleaned the RAM slot and removed the processor FAN and re-assembled it and the cmos battery and jumper setting.

But still the same issue happening

Please help me this is jut 2 years old board

The CPU you fitted to it may not be compatible. List of compatible Intel processors is here:
